We are currently seeking a dedicated and capable Transport Clerk with Warehouse Duties to join one of our clients based in Sany, Bedfordshire. This role is integral to their operations, ensuring efficient management of transport and warehouse activities.
Key Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Polish is essential.
- IT Proficiency: Competent in Google Sheets, Excel, and online CMS systems.
- Transport: Must have own transport and ideally reside near SG19 3BJ.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical work with heavy boxes.
- Licenses: A forklift driving license is beneficial but not essential
Daily Duties:
- Processing invoices from various platforms (eBay, B&Q, ManoMano, OnBuy, and our website) using QuickBooks.
- Managing dispatch invoices on Google Sheets.
- Booking consignments on portals like DHL, CCL, Aztek.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Operating forklift for loading pallets.
- Effective communication with customer service staff via WhatsApp.
- Handling returns, including inspection and logging in Google Sheets.
- Unloading and organizing flat packed furniture deliveries.
Candidate Profile:
- Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
- Must have a transport due to the remote location of the workplace.
- A track record of employment
- Good IT skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday: 6am – 3pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 7am – 3pm
- Lunch Break: 12.30-1pm
