Job Description:
We are looking to recruit experienced Production Operatives to join our assembly/production team on a temp to perm basis. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing process, providing efficient and quality-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble and package products efficiently and accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks
- Familiarity with power tools for efficient production processes
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints
- Good manual dexterity for handling small parts and components
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 to 16:00
