Responsibilities: As a Commercial Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all cleaning activities in various commercial facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality services are delivered consistently.
- Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client requirements.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleaning standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Training and onboarding new cleaning staff to maintain a skilled and efficient team.
- Ordering and managing cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
