Location: Sky Studios, Borehamwood
Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £13.66 per hour

Position Overview:
As an Office Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized working environment. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of cleaners, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to motivate and manage a cleaning team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within the specified time frame.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant departments.
- Assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor role is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
Working Hours:
This position requires you to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
