Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Utilize a structured, disciplined, and professional approach to generate sales with new customers, achieving outstanding performance results.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek new business opportunities across various markets, using your initiative to explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strategic Development: Craft a strategic and tactical model for business development, pinpointing new opportunities for solutions that meet potential customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrate a proven ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • Drive and Motivation: Show a strong and honest work ethic, with the drive and motivation essential for thriving in a demanding sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of convincing and influencing others.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Email are essential for success in this role.

Package Details:

  • Competitive Salary: £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Work Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with one hour for lunch.
