Position: Administrative Clerk
Location: Milton Keynes
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent Salary: £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Maintain efficient communication channels between various departments.
- Handle inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite.
- Be on call when necessary to support urgent operational needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Romanian languages for effective communication.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Reliable and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
